"I am so unhappy with this practice. The customer service is poor and the care is not personalized. Most recently I had my son in for an appointment. He was prescribed a medication and the physician offered a coupon from the vendor. The nurse returned to tell me they were out of coupons, but they would be happy to mail one. I called back and was told it was against their policy to mail a coupon (there was a self addressed stamped envelope in my son's chart). In addition, my son's school requires a medical form for his medication. An additional $10 fee was required for that. Needless to say we are leaving this practice in hopes of finding something better."
