"I’m not sure why the blonde woman that works there seems to have a strong dislike towards me. I went on Thursday and she said that they didn’t have anything called in for me, then I went today and she said they had two orders for me since my doctor called it in for me again. She said she was confused on which to do, I said both? How am I supposed to know. I asked if they were different tests and she said yes, so I said I guess my doctor wants all of them. I have to get bloodwork every 3 months, I don’t know anyone that likes bloodwork. Not sure why she claimed I didn’t have a lab order called in last week bc today she said I did. My health issues aren’t really something she should be concerned with. I’m literally just there bc my doctor wants me there. I’ve never had an issue with anyone else at that location. She rolled her eyes and told me to go back to the room. If she hates her job that much, she should really change jobs. I didn’t do or say anything wrong to her. So I’m not sure what was up with her attitude. If it was just once that is one thing, but this is twice in a week. And I shouldn’t have had to come back a 2nd time. I’ll start going out of my way to go to a different location and pray that my insurance will start letting me go to quest."

"This place is the best! I text in my car that I am checking in and 5 minutes later they text me back and say that they are ready for me. In and out quick....the office staff is very friendly! The person who took my blood did an awesome job as well and is very kind."
