"I've been seeing Dr Bognet since last spring for originally a physical and blood work for my age at first he seemed genuine but then it was left to me to do all the scheduling and follow up to get in touch with him which was near impossible most times. Started TRT therapy and again the same thing no follow up on my condition even though he received the blood work test results in office. I have since been asking for my medical records from his office with absolutely no response whatsoever. Even had my attorneys office send a request for them and still have not received them.. he may seem like he cares for those of you who are seeing him for some time but as far as I am concerned he's not providing the medical follow up he should especially when someone is on treatment…follow up is extremely important. Just very disappointed in this whole experience and should have went somewhere else for treatment. Update on my request for my medical records. So after multiple requests from both myself and my Attorney Dr Bognet has still refused to comply and send my medical records to either myself or my lawyers office. Seems something must be wrong with this practice if he’s unwilling to comply with handing over my trt treatment program and my actual medical records.."

"Doctor Bognet is very intelligent, factual, and thorough with his diagnoses and lab tests. If you are sick, they get you in an appointment very quickly (as an existing patient at least). You can be sure that your result is data-driven. They won’t throw around random “maybe” diagnoses just to push you out the door like some doctors. They will keep working with tests till they know what is wrong. Even after hours they will answer the phone if they are there. Bognet can talk fast so be sure to have your listening ears on or a piece of paper handy for notes if you want to remember details. You might end up waiting a while, so be sure to have over 1 hour, maybe 2 hours cleared for your appointment. He can run late like any doctor, but this is because he makes sure each patient is cared for. The office location is safe and convenient and we always find parking with ease. The waiting area can seem small if there are a lot of people waiting. The office used to be paper-only, low-tech for records. They didn’t send in scripts and did apointment confirmations manually, however, with covid, the office has been becoming more electronic-friendly. It adds more work for the office but has been nice for us. We’ve been going here a few years and enjoy our good care."
