"I went in for an x-ray of my wrist. I was asked if my doctor had ordered one. I didn't understand the question as the sign said, "walk-in x-rays ". I ended up having an x-ray taken without it being read!! I was told to go to my doctor's office to ask them if they could read it! They couldn't. Masking was optional despite the current COVID surge. Patients in the waiting area were coughing, unmasked. I left and went to a TOWER HEALTH care center where I had x-rays again and left with the diagnosis and treatment plan I sought. Although the intake girl was polite, I was completely misled about their process and very disappointed that they would not read my x-ray."

"Everyone was nice until the young woman Cameron started my check in process for a pre employment drug screen and physical. I inquired about how long it would take because I was on my lunch break at work and was told the process wouldn't be more than an hour, but I had already been there for a half hour She gave me attitude, ultimately calling me a liar by saying no one would have told me that, and then said I was 15 minutes late, which I was not. My appt was at 11:30 and I arrived at 11:33. Anyway, she continued to argue until the clinical coordinator came and interrupted and helped me from there on. Whatever her name was, she was very nice. So basically one bad apple ruined my perception. That girl needs to remember she plays a customer service role."
