"The tech was perfect, he was friendly, knowledgeable , and punctual. However, it really stinks to pay 100$ to find out I needed a new washer, I feel there should be a better way to learn that rather than paying a 100$ for nothing. There should be screening done on the phone prior to sending a tech our. I tried to tell you my problem on the phone and all you wanted to do was sell me an extended warranty which obviously would not have done me any good anyway. You just wanted to extract money from me. That's mean. Now I'm out a 100 after Christmas and have to go purchase a new washer when my washer is less than 2 years old with transmission issue. The tech was great! But I don't appreciate the attempt to extract as much money as you could from me on the phone. Pathetic!!!"

"Received a text at 3:52pm saying he was on his way that arrival time was 4:37. He didn’t show up until 5:30. Not to mention that arrival time on site is 8am- 5pm."
"Today my washer was serviced after being cancelled on yesterday (waiting all day for tech to cancel at 5pm with no explanation). Tech came today and when he left I noticed that he had used a bowl from my kitchen to do a portion of the repair/test. He left the bowl in my laundry room, didn't have the courtesy to at least put it back. Furthermore, one of the parts that needed to be replaced was the detergent dispenser. When he had left, I noticed instead of replacing it, he left it on the washer, I guess for me to replace it?? What is he being paid for? I'll pass on doing business with Sears going forward."
