"Act team is not up to par...they do not dispense medication in responsible manner. They were Suppose to show up for visit but do not. They show up where they want abd have no appts Anna the nurse and Sara the team leader act like they own my son's meds even after showing guardianship ppwk. Seems careless. "Stay away from this place. They don't care about you or your problems. They want easy state insurance money.... they will keep you as a patient for as long as they can to set up pointless appointments that make you feel like you are just spewing all of your life problems to them for an hour, while they sit there making easy money... nod and ask you why you think your feeling this way or that way. The basic family history questions... tell you things that you already know... write a script. I had to reschedule a few times because I am a single mother of 3 and life is busy and unpredictable at times. I recently started homeschooling my kids and expressed that. Rebecca H. the "Phyc. Dr" here at this joint is only in until 2:45 on certain days. A couple weeks ago she prescribed me a medication. I had a bad reaction and I called the office to see if I could talk to Rebecca. I did not feel ok at all!! I was told she was on vacation and I would need to wait until she returned. No help from anyone! No directions on what to do.... I was just told to wait until my next appointment. Which was a week away!.....feeling how I felt... So today was my appointment and I was unable to attend because I was tied up with homeschooling. I called to reschedule and they dropped me like I was nothing.. Again. They don't care about you as an individual. They care that you make it to all of your appointments so they can get paid . They also make you take a gene sight test to make it easier for them to write your scripts...they get paid for that too! BIG PHARMA PUPPETS!!! Next, attorney General"
