"I called at 1:34pm of November 20th, 2018 to speak to a manager and the guy who called was really rude. The conversation was , “ may I speak to a manager ? “ he then stated that there wasn’t a manger. So I asked to speak to someone else - he said “ are you retarded , there isn’t a manager “. - worse customer service ever. I will remember this. I’m from Chicago, and I will call corporate and get this guy fired"
