"Amazing amount of stuff at incredible prices - but beware YOU CANT TRY ANYTHING ON! Not even pop into an aisle and see how something fits over what you’re wearing (including jackets & shoes)…. AND there are NO returns - so if you go home and spent $500 on stuff & nothing fits or looks good - then you’re out of luck! This is fine if it’s like $5 but some stuff is still like $60 …. I mean even goodwill have dressing rooms & a return policy! It’s kind of like if poshmark had a storefront."
"I was so excited to visit this store when it initially opened because of all of the social media hype and how close in proximity it was to my house. The first time I went, I was so satisfied with the pricing and assortment, however, every time I went back, it seemed as if the prices increased more and more. I'm not disappointed so much in the pricing but more in the fact that now when I go, it is impossible to figure out the pricing, the sizes are missing from half of the clothes and I got cornered for trying on a jacket in front of the mirror at the entrance. I wouldn't even be upset that you can't try anything on if I at least knew what size I was purchasing. Where is the logic in ripping off the sizing tags and price tags and not allowing people to try anything on? Genuinely confused but aside from that, they have cute stuff and the prices are OK considering they have some higher-end brands."
"I really hope the owner/marketing team read reviews and take into consideration what their consumers are saying to help their business be more successful ... This store has great potential and have some nice things but it's an issue that you cannot try on items. To not be able to try on items and not be able to return stuff when you aren't sure how it fits isn't a realistic bargain or good for profit. Another issue is that they need to organize the racks/shoes by size. It's annoying trying to find items. The sticker system they have is also a little confusing. If they take all of what I mentioned and other reviewers have been mentioning they would be chef's kiss."
"A great girls-day-out while-the-boys-watch-football shopping spree! From the door it’s a jaw dropping moment! Make sure you have a goal or you will be completely overwhelmed. Clothes, shoes, jewelry, acessories, textiles, furniture, rugs… even stuff I once tried on at Anthropologie and couldn’t afford right there—in your face—at kick butt to get them prices. Bad news, tho. No carts! Just carry alls. You gotta drag (or kick) everything around with you. Mirrors are tuff to find. Also no dressing rooms. All the signs say not to try things on, but most people ignore that rule; some—caught—were politely chastised by staff. This store is made of dreams. Old stock from Anthro, Free People and Urban Outfitters: Dresses, skirts, shirts, denim, coats and sparkle-city-evening attire. If you can carve out almost a full day to shop in this store—get there! And dont spare the horses."
"Okay. So. It will be a good experience if you know what to expect and you give yourself plenty of time to sort through things. I waited briefly in line (about 5 minutes) to be let into the store. Clothing is not organized other than by type (shirts, dresses, pants, etc.). Give yourself adequate time to look at and inspect everything closely. Some items are marked damage/ repair but others are not. Know your measurements and bring a measuring tape for bust size, length, etc. since you cannot try anything on. The prices are good and I think the price on purses and bags were the best. Most large candles have a charred wick, but clearly only been lit once or twice. I bought a $58 candle still being sold in stores at Anthropologie for $10. I also bought a mushroom statue for $20 that I saw at Terrain last weekend at full price. I am sure processes will improve as time goes on. It’s worth the visit if you go in with reasonable expectations. Happy shopping!!"
