"I want to give not the store but the rude lady 0 star because of her awful customer service etiquette. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and so out of place(racial profiling)when she questioned if I have gotten my tickets on the street or in the trash. I left the store fuming with anger because of how she treated me. Update: I spoke to the nice lady this morning who was more than happy to show me the rope without me going into details with was had transpired yesterday ; also spoke to George this afternoon; they made me feel so much better. I spoke to them about my experience yesterday; they were very empathetic and apologized for the lady nasty behavior towards me."
