"The apartments are reasonably priced and the leases are fair. The two John’s in the office are good guys and were very helpful to me. I moved in right at the beginning of Covid and times got tough. During this time they were fair and understanding. If you pay there’s no problem. If you don’t pay your rent they will be unhappy. Just like any other landlord. You couldn’t ask for more. Fair, reasonable, understanding."
"Just a HORRID REAL ESTATE COMPANY, the landlord is CORRUPT, and only cares about your money. You would be better living on the streets than renting a apartment with these people. Police should really investigate the Landlord and how he treats his tenants."
"The most unprofessional rental agency in providence .they say you can put a deposit down if you like an apartment but there is an application process. Fyi for people on a fixed income they prefer a working person. They look down on you if your on ssdi.dont wait for their call backs because if they prefer another applicant over you they won't call to inform you.dont ask them why.they want good people so they will profile you so dress your best."
"If I could give no stars, I would. The apartment I was living in for 3 months was DISGUSTING. Everything was falling apart before I even moved in even though they said it would be all fixed and cleaned up prior to moving in, there were mice all over the apartment & mouse droppings everywhere which they claimed they "fixed" which was clearly a lie because my boyfriend ended up stepping on one & killing it in the hallway on his way to leave. There's never any parking in the lot although you're promised on the lease that you'll have one spot. Also had to complain to the police about my noisy neighbors because they decided to play music so loud that my apartment would vibrate and the Realty office wouldn't do anything about it. They just want your money and don't care about anything else. It's disgusting and pathetic. DONT RENT FROM THEM. Happy I got out when I did. Rent elsewhere."
