"I had to write a review just for that girls tantrum about Sarah. I’ve seen her for 5 years and went from agoraphobia to social anxiety. Progress doesn’t happen over night therapy is a process and calling her a prissy princess is so embarrassing for you. You obviously need some healing and sorry this place wasn’t right for you. Sarah offers ranges of therapy that is effective if you stick to your treatment plan."

"I had a comment up before that had 12 likes on it, it wasn't a good revew About sarah. I just read Samantha's, about Sarah. It sounds to professional, and the staff are in on that and liked the comment to cover themselves lol, you dont get 5 likes in 1day. All Sarah's got is, go for a walk, do a breathing exercise, or take a drive. Don't trust that sweet smile, She's a princess in the grass ready to bite. She will do you wrong than act innocent about it. This is not a job for you Sarah, go be a princess or an interrogator. Prissy, princess sly. Stop trying to take my post down....."

"Psycare is a great clinic. Everyone has always been warm and welcoming. Sarah (my counselor) is the best, she has helped me get through so many difficult periods of my life and has truly helped me better myself in more ways than one. She is kind, empathetic, supportive, and genuine. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get a handle on my anxiety and overall mental health if it wasn’t for her. She is truly a great counselor."

"This place used to be amazing years ago. I'm not sure what happened in the last two years to make this place go downhill but it is unfortunate. A year ago I tried to go in for my appointment after going here for years and was turned away because I didn't have my new insurance card on me. When I asked about paying out of pocket or getting billed later I was told that I couldn't because insurance does not allow that. Which may be true but you would think a mental health place would figure out how to make sure people are seen. Also, what would have happened if I did not even tell them my insurance card changed and had my appointment anyway? I'm wondering if I should have just done that. Regardless, I called a couple weeks later asking to reschedule and was told they have to check to make sure they take my insurance then they would call back. Never got a call back so I ended up calling a few months later and trying again. The woman said again she would call me back about my insurance and still never did. So finally a year later I needed documentation for an excusal from Jury Duty so I figured I would try to schedule then. I got my confirmation text a day before and texted C to confirm my telehealth appt. My zoom call was supposed to be at 4 the next day. I called the office at 4:05 letting them know I did not get my zoom link so the receptionist said ok I'll let your counselor know. Now an hour later I never received the link or another call. No information at all. I shouldn't have to call multiple times to get an appointment with a counselor. I give up at this point trying to schedule with them and will move on. It is unfortunate because I did like the counselor and spent years with her before all these issues."
