"Well it was a very nice clean place,all business,efficient service,not particularly friendly but that is fine with me.We got aged swiss,and aged NYSharp,niether of which had much age at all as they were particularly creamy for being called aged.They were still very good and would satisfy a more tender pallet,and though they were not what I was looking for,I will still find many culinary uses for both of them and will stock them in the future. We also picked up a pound of hard salami that was actually very good but not super hard, very nice though. Be aware that three stars is very good for me to rate a business but I do Reserve 4 and 5 for exceptional places,5 being very difficult to get as there are so many things to consider.Five being outstanding,and four being excellent in every way."
