Red Lobster

"Being a travel NA and new to vestal, I ordered from here last night 01/25/2024 I almost died!! I ordered the Mussles, snow crab, baked potato with all the toppings. The mussels were the only dish I had eaten. Woke up from a good nap throwing up with diarrhea for over an hour. I’m not from NY and I’m not planning on dying here. Those mussels almost took me off earth. Don’t eat here. Something is not right. A whole hour of vomiting, All I could smell was the mussels. Never again!!! Still Sick but GOD!!!"

"I tried EVERY Endless Shrimp option so YOU don't have to! Crispy Sea Salt & Vinegar Shrimp - 4/10. Very strong vinegar flavor, breading was mushy. Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp - 8.8/10. Very crunchy and tasty. Savory first bite with a sweet, Coconut aftertaste. Shrimp Linguini Alfredo - 5.5/10. Not terrible, but very thin, oily, and bland Grilled Shrimp Skewer - 6.5/10. Nothing particularly wrong with this one, just pretty bland. Walt's Favorite Shrimp - 8/10. Very tasty, especially with cocktail sauce. Who is Walt? The server said I couldn't meet him, and I was disappointed. Garlic Shrimp Scampi - 3/10. This was awful. I'm sure it's got potential somewhere, but the one that was brought to me specifically had blatantly been sitting for a while. Very cold and rubbery. Popcorn Shrimp - 7.75/10. Nice little snack. The biscuits weren't up to par either -- quite abnormal for this location. The chocolate wave dessert was phenomenal -- super moist, great balance with the ice cream. Service & atmosphere was great until there was a screaming toddler directly behind my head. Overall experience, 6.5/10."

"I recently went here again, same great service and i can remember her name, Thera. Place is clean the bathroom is spotless. My one problem was the new chedder bay stuffing is its super garlicky and no where does its say garlic, even the big poster on the wall it doesn't list garlic. Decent meal our server who's name I wish I could remember was excellent"

"Had a great dining experience here at this location. Amber, our server, was par excellent. Very professional, courteous and great personality. Hospitality is alive and well when the manager (didn't get her name) arrived at our table to make sure that the food and service was perfect. Something you don't see much of anymore. Thank you for an enjoyable meal and kick off birthday month!"

"My wife and I go out to dine often, Wednesday 10/25/23 was a special occasion so we decided on Red Lobster. We are so happy we did, our waitress Alyssa S was wonderful in taking the time for us and working us through the menu as we had many questions. She was very polite and understanding when we expressed our need for guidance. If all the waitresses are as nice as her we will most definitely return for a meal or ask for her when we go. The food was better than I thought it would be and the choices were spot on for our taste. I chose the Lobster, Shrimp, and Salmon combo, Brussel Sprouts and the Baked Potato with Lobster, very plentiful meal. All items were delicious, my wife had Shrimp Your way 2 selections, the Lobster topped baked potato and Coconut Shrimp she expressed that the meal was terrific. We both felt the meal was phenomenal and I attribute a lot to Alyssa S guiding us, and the cook for preparing such a wonderful meal. Thank you!"
