"Employees are irresponsible. I received a refund for chili they “ran out of” yet also didn’t get Frosty’s I did pay for. All I got was fries in a bag and paid for two Frosty’s and two fries."

"Keep doors locked so they can’t take walk in orders, order online and you’re still in drive through for over 20mins, don’t bag their food right so I now (a pregnant lady) am crying because I have given the sandwich I was specifically craving to my kid and I have to eat her burger because no one wants to mark burgers when doing this method with all sandwiches that have the same white wrap. This isn’t okay. Keep your damn lobby open and stop teaching workers to lump all biggie bags for one order in to one bag."
"I got a Dave's triple and a baked potato but I wasn't given the sour cream or toppings for the baked potato so I had to walk in and ask which took 5 minutes so overall it's a good place to eat just staff can get busy so just check your bags"
