"Despite the numerous issues I had with this office, beginning before I stepped foot inside, the most crucial are a misdiagnosis and a bad eyeglass prescription. I spent over a month under the impression I had a debilitating eye disorder uncommon for my age. After seeing a specialist (and his colleagues) at Rhode Island Eye Institute and an optometrist, it was determined there was thankfully no sign of this condition. I didn’t know I was given a bad prescription until I had ordered new pairs of glasses and it was very obviously not correct. I would caution you to be wary of the overly specific positive reviews for this office."

"I stopped by to take a quick look and consider buying new eyeglasses. I didn’t have all of my insurance information readily available. Susan was officious, perfunctory and had an unpleasant attitude. I did not feel welcomed and felt like I was more trouble than she was willing to accept. Once she realized she could be losing a new customer when I politely made an effort to leave, she tried a little harder. I will not be back and will seek another more welcoming optical shop for my purchase."

But what makes this place special is how Sue has a real gift at helping you find glasses that are just right for you and that you’ll love for a long time! Sue also goes the extra mile to help with insurance payments or to get you in for an eye exam. She really knows the inventory and the ins and outs of processing insurance for you. Definitely give this place a try!"
