"If. Could give zero stars I would. The staff are rude and don't care about patients at all!! For 18 months they have kept cancelling my appointments and have let me sit here in agony with kidney stones. I have begged them for help. Finally had a litrotripsy scheduled. They said they were going to give me instructions. They didn't and I keep calling and they won't give me instructions. Then tried several times to make an appointment with the Dr to discuss all of this and they keep hanging up on me"

"This place thinks their time is more important than your time. My appointment was @1150am. I waited in-the waiting room till 12:10pm got into the examination room. A tech came in did an ultrasound. Then I waited 45 minutes, & no Dr. came. I even asked some employees where the Dr was. So after an hour & 10 minutes I walked out! I called BCBS of RI & filed a formal complaint!"

"Went to the office today to have a stent removed from my ureter. I was awake and given laughing gas to take the edge off. The staff that prep me was fantastic. Dr Lubin was also great, engaging with me and answering my questions. I see a lot of reviews about the office staff, which can be a challenge I’m sure. Conversely the treatment, professionalism and skills of the doctor and medical support staff is what I’m looking for, and that is what I received. Thank You."

"Been going here for a while and like the doctor I had but have had multiple issues with the scheduling staff. Left work to go to an appointment I had and arrived on time. After waiting 20 minutes in line to check in was told the ultrasound technician I had my appointment with had gone home. Nice."

"Doctor Lubin is good but the receptionists are always terrible, they are very rude and unprofessional. They did not enforce any covid distancing or precautions for the first few months of quarantine, most of the time had their masks off while talking to patients and are overall very unpleasant to talk to whether in person or over the phone. I would not recommend coming here."
