"Stay as far away from this place as you can. I had a family who needed a new prescription because Dr Gaines had put her on one that he was told woulbnt work. I called 5 times on a Saturday to the on call network. Started calling at 11 am in the morning. Dr rossi was on call didn't return my call till 4 50 pm I was instructed to call back the on call network with the pharmacy info and he would call on a prescription. I did exactly that. Well wouldn't you kmow HE never bothered to call the pharmacy back. I8n lllli checked with the call cent Dr she was very upset that he never called ot in. Long story short had to take my family member to the emergency room because her condition was getting worse so she could get the proper medication she needed. What did coastal medical do when I discussed it with them ? They had a meeting and told him not to do that again. That was it. This place does not care about its patients."

Lori checked me out after my appointment and the appointment was not straightforward so there was a lot of conversation between Lori and me.
