"Good place and resources minimal wait time mental health services are better than medical"
"The only reason I bother being a patient here is because I don’t have private insurance to have better service. The receptionist are horrible in the dental clinic. When im the waiting room, I see them gossip more then actually being productive. When you call for a New patient appointment, they don’t bother telling you when the best time to call is to try to get a slot or offer to put you on a cancellation list. As a existing patient, I knew I had to right to get offered a follow up exam appointment but she didn’t ask if I was a existing patient . instead, she was quick to tell me no appointments were available. The hygienist are polite and do a great job. The dentist.. not so much. Lack of interest in the patient. Dental exam was like 5 mins or less. What a shame."
"I have been going here for a while the service isn’t very great the wait time is always super long the doctors are in such a rush to get you out they barely even let you speak recently I had a doctor miss my phone appointment for my child and still put notes that they spoke to me which is incorrect and very unprofessional"
