"I have been going to this office for 30+ years. This was my first experience since new ownership and will be my last. I had made an appointment for an annual physical and I got a call 12 hours before the scheduled appointment (they would charge a patient if they did that), I told them I would call back to reschedule. I called back multiple times and left my number so they could call me back, no return call...finally I got in touch with someone and I was told they aren't accepting new patients.......I explained I had been going to this office my whole life AND I had already had an appointment scheduled but they cancelled it 12 hrs prior!!! I received a call back from a "supervisor" that expressed their apologies and they would call me back again once they talked to the doctor. Once again never a return call. So I never even got in the door, but if this is how this place is run, I am probably better off. Now to find a new primary physician......"
