"They were nice people but I’m very mad at how they handled my sickness. I came in with a very bad sore throat to the point where I was throwing up. They preceded to tell me it was definitely viral and failed to even test me for strep. Now a week later my neck is swollen and stiff and my lymph nodes are sore. Went to a new doctors office and what do you know it’s strep… thanks thundermist!"

"Unreliable. Misleading website says open 365 days a year. Closed at 10am. I called and said they probably opened later will be open until 5pm. Went back at 4pm still locked up. What do you do when you need primary care that is not an emergency"
"I have 3 kids. I took my youngest to Susan. Every time I brought my son in all she would talk about was my middle sons dcyf case. Who was never her patient. Isn't that against hippa? She saw I have seen dcyf in the past and beat it. -case was closed OVER 2 years ago- She was DETERMINED to get me under dcyf again. During her visits talk of dcyf came first and her checking my son was way on the back burner. Took me grabbing my son and almost running out of her office to get her back on track for the kid who was sitting in front of her. She sent dcyf to my house on false claims on October 6th 2023. Nobody take your kids to Susan. I am taking LEGAL ACTION AGAINST SUSAN AND THUNDERMIST ALIKE."
"I sincerely love this place. I recently moved to the area from NYC, where I’ve always enjoyed rapid urgent care service (my bar is high), and Thundermist did not disappoint. I’ve been in about 3 times now. Every time has been quick and efficient. Short wait times, super friendly staff and doctor. Highly recommend and will always go back here if I’m in need of medical help."
