"Have been taking my two sons here since my 4 year old was born, nothing but fantastic things to say about both Dr. Senator and Dr. Jain! Have always been able to squeeze us in for emergency visits when needed, Melissa at the front desk is really helpful. Everyone has great bedside manner, couldn’t be happier. My 4 year old was there for vaccines last week, and actually asked afterwards when he’d be going back again for another vaccine! Highly recommend"

"I am not sure if they are very busy or not, but my experience to schedule an appointment for my child's annual exam (as a new patient) has been horrible. 2 months back I called, was asked to leave details and was informed will receive a call back in 3 days. I left the voicemail and waited for a week, but no call back. So I called again and left the voicemail again. Another week goes by, but no callback. I called 3rd time and this time talked with the representative instead of leaving the message. I was told to leave voicemail and someone will call in 3 days. Told her that I already left 2 voicemails and it has been more than 2 weeks, but have not got any callbacks. Immediately her response changed. I was told that they are very busy and to try again scheduling an appointment after 2 months. If you are this busy, why are you even asking prospective new patients to provide details and leave a voicemail ? Just let them know you are not needed. My friends have shared similar horror stories about scheduling appointment at this location. I do understand that some doctors are busy, but have never heard anyone asking patients to call back after 2 months to check if the practice can schedule an appointment."

"I left multiple messages about a week ago Re: new patient and scheduling an appointment. After the prompt for a new patient or to schedule an appointment, it goes straight to voice mail. I left messages and did not hear from anyone. They say it could take "three business days" to call back. It has been more than three days. I also do not understand how an office, a professional office can take three business days to schedule an appointment or to even call someone back. Your response below proves my point. Not only did I not get a cal back the same day, I did not get it a few days later or even a week-two weeks later. You responded back 3 weeks later via Google Reviews. It just proves my point."
