"We have been going here for over 5 years and while I haven’t loved everything, we’ve been overall happy. The one nurse they have now (can’t remember her name) is WONDERFUL. Dr. Gupta-Shah has been great with trying to help get my son on the right ADHD medication. However, he ran out of medication on Friday and I assumed they had sent the prescription to the pharmacy (never assume!). When I discovered that no prescription was sent, I called their on-call doctor (as it was after 5) and asked if someone could at least send something in for the weekend. I was told that “I should have called before the weekend”. When I told them I assumed that his medication would automatically sent it, I was told that they don’t do that and it’s my responsibility to call the office EVERY MONTH and ask them to send in a new prescription, because it’s a “controlled substance”. But apparently they’re totally okay with him being without his medication for 3 days (a medication that we were warned NOT to stop suddenly as it could lead to significant physical or mental health consequences). I will be calling new pediatrician offices on Monday."

"Been with this practice for 21 years. Called in March to have my daughter seen for an ear infection (they occur frequently) and she had a slight fever as well, no other symptoms. They REFUSED not once, but twice to see her because she had a fever. Yes, a fever which often occurs with an ear infection, shocking! Instead, I had to take her to urgent care two separate times and pay $45 more each time than I would have paid for a simple office visit copay. They refused to see all 3 of my children for their well check ups in April, May and June 2020 respectively simply because of COVID reasons. All 3 children had to wait until end of August 2020 to be seen which threw off their normal yearly checkups and vaccination schedules and made the insurance backfire from wrong dates on well visits for birthdays. Not to mention, one could not be seen since already being back at college in August. The icing on the cake was recently waiting in the parking lot on hold for 45 minutes to gain access their locked office to fill out paperwork to transfer their records out of their hands to a new pediatrician office...one with multiple 4.5 star reviews! If it wasn't for Kathy, RN and Jeanie (former Secretary) in the office there, I would have left years ago. Robin (front desk/medical assistant) is absolutely miserable, has no bedside manner for a pediatrician's office and continues to receive terrible ratings by various reviewers and yet she still has a job there! Wake up people, transfer your kids out of there!"

"I have been with this practice for 11 years and I was satisfied with everything until my last visit which was today. I am very upset and disappointed. Lady at the front desk if I am not mistaking her name is Robin is very rude and Miserable. Not friendly at all and didn’t want to help. Secondly my kids doctor is Brad Feldstein and I loved him but he did not seem to be friendly today. I feel like I have to change the practice because I do not like to be treated like that. I came to the building happy and in the good mood and I left upset.I should not feel that way."

"I have been with Holland Pediatrics for nearly four years now (oldest child started there at 3 months and now is almost 4!) and I really like it. We usually see Dr. Feldstein, who we really like - he always listens carefully to concerns that you may have and takes them seriously. We have also seen other care providers there and almost always had very good experiences. I see others have commented on wait time and interactions with the desk staff, but I think the wait times are pretty reasonable for most of our visits - typically 10-15 minutes of waiting altogether? - and I have had great experiences with the front desk employees - they all know my children and chat with them and ask about them when we are there. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone."

"We've been going to this office for almost 4 years now and, contrary to many of the other reviews, I think the nurses and front desk staff are great. Dr. Feldstein has always been wonderful with our kids and, unlike other pediatricians I've dealt with before, listens and takes me seriously when I have a concern. We've been able to get sick visits and Saturday appointments when we need to. Only issue is, sometimes you end up waiting a long time to see the doctor when you're there."
