Faxed false medical information to my children's school several times until I had to physically go to the office for a hard copy days before my daughter was being discharged from school due to their inadequacy. I also fought for a week to get a bloodwork order faxed to the hospital. They also had me drive the 45 min once to pick up shot records that they did not even have in the office and i had to make a second trip. Very unreliable!!!! Should not even be in business."
