"I’m in town for the week with my kids to visit the in-laws. My son and I enjoy fishing and were referred to the Tackle Box by my father-in-law. My son and I experienced in fresh-water fishing, but new to shoreline fishing in salt water (we’re from Colorado). We showed up at the tackle box with a pole and rig that needed attention. Thomas got the reel working correctly and hooked us up with a custom rig, that he taught us how to make. It was a pleasure learning from him and he worked really well with my young son and taught him some great tricks. Thomas is a patient man, with a great New England attitude and we just loved our experience there. We went back the next day for bait, and he has a great selection. The bottom line is that Thomas runs a great business and takes care of his customers. He’s particularly good with the kids, and as a father, I really appreciated that."
