"Appreciated how Steve was very easy to reach to set up the appointment and punctual. The quote he gave me was also accurate (let me know before hand that the cost may be more for such and such circumstances, which was the case for us) and seems competitive for what is usually charged. My dryer wasn't working as efficiently as it should and I thought all I needed was a routine vent cleaning. It turned out we needed a wire covering removed from a vent in our roof. Steve was up in our attic and on the roof on what was one of the hottest days of the year to try to get to the root of the problem. It's been a month + now and the dryer works better than ever. The vent cleaning that I had before didn't address this wire covering issue, so I credit Steve for really investigating the problem. Appreciate his work ethic and professionalism. Highly recommend!"
