"Was told my suit would be done in 48 hours. The girl behind the counter assured me it would be all set. When I called to make sure it was done, they said they would rush the cleaning as it had not been started. Called again later in the day, they said they would have it the next day. Had to make multiple phone calls to get it back as they ship it out to another facility. When I finally went to pick it up, they said it was cleaned when it clearly wasnt touched. I asked for a refund, and went to the wedding in a dirty suit. Not happy."
