"One of the most kid friendly places I've seen, it was my son's first haircut so he didn't have the greatest time but they gave us a keepsake locket of hair, certificate and photo for getting his first haircut. The staff was very friendly and gave us exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommended."

"My daughter had a day off and woke up wanting to get her hair done. Desiree was able to accommodate us and made my baby girl feel like a Princess. We did it all the hair, make up nails, ring, balloon, dipping dots and I have to say the absolute cutest thing for me was the certificate of her first haircut with a picture. We will def be back in the very near future."

"The exact words I used with the hairdresser was "just a trim, like clean up around the ears." Before I could even blink, she had buzzed the back of my first twins hair. The second twin she cut even shorter. I am so horrified, as we did not want them to have short hair and it honestly could not be any shorter. The manager called it a "miscommunication" and their solution was to offer my boys a toy IF we came back in. First of all, we absolutely never be back. Secondly a dollar toy for botching two haircuts?! This is not how you run a business and I am so upset that we now have to live with these horrific haircuts for who knows how long. I have attached images to show that this was absolutely not a trim. It was very clear that I wasn't happy with the haircut, it did not need to be said. But had I asked them to change the haircut, it would have only taken more hair off, you can't add hair back so there was nothing they could have done to fix the haircut. The problem isn't with the haircut, but instead is that they did not listen at all to what I asked for. I asked for a trim and they buzzed my twins hair. I was also completely shocked that took off that much and I couldn't even talk I was so upset."

"Updated: Sent my girls here with my husband. Disappointed my girls came home so discouraged never wanting to go back again with feeling bad about their hair since the stylist were inexperienced in their texture. Which is understandable and honesty would have been the key here (could have warned us of their experience). Girls went in this place better than they came out. They were instructed to cut less than an inch of hair and they cut more than wanted and extremely uneven as seen in the pictures. A package was purchase with an add on nail appointment which they received no such service. In addition, to the side comments made while my girls were on the stylist chairs making them feel bad about their curly hair. Will not recommend this place to anyones child who has curly hair. FYI: my son does not have curly hair and his haircut is horrendous and extremely uneven."

"My 2 girls went here for their first “real” (not done by Mom) haircuts. Prior to finding this place, they refused to go and their hair was overgrown and hard to maintain. Once I showed them pictures of this salon with kid’s Jeep chairs, fun decor, nail painting, they were sold and finally agreed to go and get their hair cut. Our experience was even better than expected! They clearly know kids and not only make them feel safe, but it’s FUN! $30 for wash+haircut+nail painting was a good deal in my opinion. They can’t wait to go back!"
