"I bought my jeep in 2018 from Bergey's and they were very polite and professional. My salesman has since retired and I do receive emails from another salesman, who is also professional. I had to call them today for the scheduling a service and was again, greeted like an old friend, and treated with respect. My concerns about my vehicle were resolved and everything was professionally taken care of. They really have a way of making you feel like a person that is important and not a number or a sale. The Bergey's team is top notch and will be my "go to" dealership for service and when it comes time to replace our two jeeps. I have owned Jeeps for the last 20 years and will continue to own them. Great cars and a great dealership."

The only issue with the Service Center is available parking spots for drop off. There's got to be like 75 Service Center numbered parking spots. For my 730am appointment there were only two open in the last row."

"i recently had an electrical issue with my Jeep on the Pa turnpike. I called 911, the state police, jeep wave and two other Jeep dealerships. No one was nice, accommodating, or cared that I was in an emergency situation. Until I spoke to Will the next morning. He called to let me know My jeep was already up on the lift, and the tech was able to start it, so already my sense of panic from the night before was gone. He was very easy to deal with, extremely Pleasant and very accommodating. It was the best experience I've ever had with any dealership. I was happy to meet him in person when I picked up, I was literally in and out within five minutes. I live an hour away and in the future Will is the person I will call if I have any other needs for my jeep."

"Not sure if I should give 3 or 4 stars. I'm giving four stars because after I put $750 into it, my jeep is finally perfect. The Jeep was a 2015 Grand Cherokee limited with 119k on it. It was black on black with 20" tires and rims. The salesman did discount the price, thank you, and the front tires, (although they passed inspection) should have been replaced. They did give me the option of replacing them or taking the discount for the tires off. Thanks for that. It was when I was driving home I realized that the passenger side rear mirror was damaged. I asked them to help me out with the repair and it was an immediate NO!!! It was then the manager said "what do you want for a 119k vehicle. We're not doing anything else for you." Luckily I found a shop that replaced it for $250. It would have been nice for them to at least split the difference. However, researching the market, for the price of the vehicle, I did get a pretty good deal. That mirror put a sour taste in my mouth. And no one called me to see if I was enjoying it. Oh yeah, they did have some cool swag for the grand children. The glaze man did a great job filling the chip in the windshield and was very pleasant. This is my honest review. Will I recommend? Maybe!!!"
