"The salon seems to be very clean. It's brightly lit and all of the stations are in good working order. The major downside? It's so LOW-energy in here that it's borderline awkward to sit there in silence while getting worked on. This was my 3rd time here with my wife. The previous 2 trips have been pretty decent, but this latest visit (Saturday 12/9/23) was horrible. The young technician (my first time with her working on me) was more concerned with her glasses falling off of her head than paying attention to her workmanship. My pedi ended up coming out a 8/10...a couple of nails weren't filed well and had squared, sharp edges (that I filed when I got home) and some of the cuticles were left untouched. Now the mani...I'd give it a 4.5/10. I didn't notice exactly HOW bad things were until later: my nails were cut WAY too short and there was nothing done to my cuticles. These simply look like shorter versions of when I came in! Stupid me, ended up giving a $20 tip for this. Needless to say, this will be my last trip here."

"Great color choices! Technician was excellent. The decor, however, is way too bland. Plain, boring walls and the couch upon entry need a real facelift for this place to consistently draw good clientele. 5 stars on the music though."

"I paid 75 bucks for a fill. 5 days later I'm missing 2 nails. Cheap and deformed. You'd think for all that money your nails would last longer then a week. Never going back!!"

"Before i begin, I am not from this state. With that I’ve gotten my nails done at a lot of different salons & I have to say this place needs to work on customer service. The older woman who did my pedicure did a great job; however, the owner was really rude in the beginning. After i was done getting my pedi I was told that i cannot get a mani. I asked if they offered SNS & she lied saying she doesn’t although it’s written on the podium, when you walk in. I came in at 630pm & didn’t get served until a half hour later. When i walked in and told her what I wanted, she—the owner said they could do it. Again, they do a great job but take your hard earned. At the end of the visit they did both mani and pedi."
