"I have eaten bagels from here on two occasions so far. Best in the Binghamton area. I lived in NYC (Bklyn & Manh) for 20 years, and these are definitely comparable bagels (good job)!If I had any issues with anything, it would be that all of the cream cheese is whipped!"

"We just moved from Long Island and we were hoping to find a good bagel spot in the area. We tried Bagel Factory and unfortunately were disappointed. The staff was friendly but they definitely seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people ordering. The everything bagels had a good taste, but were small and I would say maybe a little stale. My biggest complaint however was the minimal amount of cream cheese on my bagel itself. The whole surface of both sides of my bagel did not have enough cream cheese to cover it. Definitely disappointing about the cream cheese, especially for the price."

"The line was long, the prices were reasonable and the selection was excellent. This little place wears it's name proudly and you won't be dissappointed! I got a sandwich, a bagel w cream cheese, buffalo wedges and a brownie. All were excellent! 5 stars"
