"I have bought two jeeps from TriStar. Both times the sales experience was great. Overall, I have not had too many issues with the service department. There was an issue with getting a recall taken care of, but they worked very hard to get it resolved and gave me a vehicle to have for the day when they went to take care of everything. They also have a “dent Wizard” that comes to the dealership, and I was given a very fair price to get the dents out of my vehicle. And they did excellent work when it came to repairing the dents. The only thing I would advise is that when they recommend you need something, don’t be afraid to go and get a second opinion. I have had incidences two different times where I have been told that I needed tires and I went and got a second opinion and I was told that no, I could absolutely go a little bit longer on the tires I was driving."

"Service was good. Service writers are very friendly and return calls in a very timely manner. Unfortunately they were under staffed which caused me alot of extra running around and asking my friends for a ride my vehicle dropped off and picked up. Inspection costs were very high."
