"Dr. Geisen may be the nicest, most professional and best bedside mannered healthcare professional I have ever met. She is not my personal physician…she is my 88 year old mothers. I was invited in to the appointment and totally impressed. My mom has a myriad of issues in her later life. What I liked most is that Dr. Geisen KNOWS how to communicate effectively to patients and caregivers. Her knowledge of conditions and how they interact with each other blew me away. I saw her create a bond with my Mom (she did with me too) - Nothing was “sugar coated” - it was presented professionally with her recommendations. Having worked with Physicians in an executive capacity for over 30 years - Dr. Geisen was a breath of fresh air - her passion for what she does is apparent. Her care and approach was fantastic. It is obvious why her patients love her and the entire staff. I may just be switching primary care physicians - I know I would be in great hands with Dr. Geisen. Simply stated, she is wonderful and her patients are so lucky. A+ all the way."

"I went to Dr geisen until she no longer accepted my ins. I complained about some popping veins itching. She told me she never heard of itching veins? Really? My next doctor understood. Dr geisen also Commented that if I had different insurance my issues would be handled differently. Never again!"

Have had issues with under billed and then sprung on at next appointment. Won't give a low rating for the doctor, and I deal with her staff because I trust the doctor."

"The doctor is very attentive to my needs while at an appointment however when trying to get anything done over the phone it was not easy. My script for something that needed to be delivered was messed up and took several phone calls to fix and when asking a simple question I was told I could make an appointment to talk to the doctor. I don’t feel I should have to pay a co-pay to have questions answered about measles vaccines."
