"I received a referral to Dr. Gleimer's office from my oncologist. In trying to book the initial visit, her front office staff was rude and condescending. For women going through cancer, making appointments is difficult enough. To have someone on the other end of the phone treat me like I'm an imbecile and interrupting her day is unacceptable. It is not difficult to be kind. I've heard good things about Dr. Gleimer, but won't get the opportunity to meet her. The person who answers your phone calls is the face of the business."

She not only patiently and clearly explained my course of treatment, but displayed genuine concern over my emotional well-being.
