"Sold an 79 year old man a car with known transmission problem. They reset engine light so it wouldn’t come on till he left. Won’t make good on it. He didn’t even make it home with it before light came on. Real dirt bags"

"Bought an extended warranty from this place when I bought my truck. The truck is now having engine problems but the warranty won’t authorize any work to be done on it. The dealership has had it over a week and originally said there was a problem and what it likely was but now they are saying they can’t duplicate it and there is nothing they can do. It’s been one bad experience after another from this place. Read my review about what happened during my purchase of the truck. Please if you are reading this, go to a different dealership. CHarper is the worst to deal with and they don’t honor or stand behind anything they say. I would hate for you to experience the same trouble and losses as I have by buying a car from here. It looks like I’ll be paying out of pocket to fix this engine problem. On a side note I realized once I tried using the warranty that it wasn’t even the bumper to bumper warranty I asked for and thought I purchased. It only covers the engine and transmission… another deception and lie because apparently it won’t even cover that. We buy at least 1 new car a year and have found more trustworthy relationships at other dealerships and I urge you to do the same."

"Great experience! Charlie was our salesman and he does a great job! Very efficient! We took care of almost everything over the phone and through texts. When we arrived we took our test drive filled out the paperwork and we were out of there with a new vehicle in an hour."

"The sales team was excellent! I had a great car sales representative. I bought my previous vehicle there and it was time to trade it in. I called CHarper and I talked to Nick and he asked if I could set a time for an appointment and I did. I told him what I wanted and the price range. Nick came back with a vehicle which I really like that because it saves so much time. When I got in the car Nick thoroughly explained the features took the car for a test drive. Came back decided to buy it and Nick worked hard with the financial officer to get the car in our price range, and then when we were filling out and signing papers and explained everything very well and we drove out in our new cat due to their hard work! If you are looking for a vehicle CHarper is were to go. Asked for Nick he did an excellent job"

"My experience with C. Harper in Connellsville was wonderful. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler in the midst of all the COVID-19 chaos after the dealerships were allowed to re-open. Charlie Henigin was AMAZING!!! He was extremely attentive and responsive. Furthermore, I commend his patience and knowledge. Most importantly, you can tell he genuinely loves his job. He made my entire trade/purchase experience seamless!!! Dino who was “the closer” was also very knowledgeable and extremely kind and energetic!!! I was impressed with all of the safety measures they were operating with during the pandemic. I felt very safe and not uneasy at all.
