"I've been a regular here but the place has been really off lately. Today we waited probably more than 10 minutes at the speaker. Then we ordered and waited a few minutes at the pay window, and more than 5 minutes at the serving window. Guys were just kinda walking around, and carrying on and not doing anything."
"The drive through employees are courteous and efficent, and the food is always hot and delicious. I have not been inside this particular store in years so I cannot speak to that. On some occasions I've been handed the wrong order so I always check the bag before pulling away. Love the hot fudge sundays."
"Limited interaction with staff but they were pleasant and professional. Had to wait as they were changing from breakfast to lunch. They had the new high tech ordering board, less than 5 of the 20 customers in store had a clue how to use it. The drive thru was nonstop and took priority over eat in orders. If you didn't want an item exactly as standard- you had problems. The ordering board did not offer any help for any questions or clarifications. It did NOT make wait time shorter and was not user-friendly. I would have left without ordering but companions had coupons on their phones. Hot food was cold and was not as ordered. Nice try but not even slightly worth the effort at all. I will just grab a yogurt at trader Joe's and eat when I get home in the future. Must repeat that staff was professional and polite."
"I am a fairly regular go-er to this McDonald’s. I have one down the street from where I live, yet will drive to this location just because it is the most reliable in the area. I always use the app to order (how could you not with all the great deals?). I have used drive-thru, counter pickup, and the parking option. Have never had a bad experience at this one. Because of the location, they are often busy, so wait times can be a bit long, but they work fairly quickly and will usually thank you for your patience. The staff is the sweetest. My food is always how I order it. Cannot complain at all."
