"We have taken our son to many different orthodontists before finding Pezza Orthodontics. This place is by far the best. From the time you enter you are greeted with friendly smiles and everyone from the receptionists to the périple that help with the x rays are so caring and nice. Once we met Dr. Pezza he explained everything throughly and, for once, an orthodontist didn’t force an expensive treatment on us. In fact, he showed us why the treatments other orthodontists recommended was NOT a good fit as they wouldn’t have fixed the problem it would have just kept us coming back for more expensive treatments. Dr. Pezza will now be our orthodontist for any needs my son will have as he grows. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Greg."

"They are amazingly kind & caring practice. We was coming from another state & the insurance wouldn't cover the treatment. They could have had me pay out of pocket. Instead Denise was kind enough to suggest I call the prior orthodontist. Inquire about the insurance payment that had already been paid for my daughter to get the treatment there. I was blown away any other practice would have taken my money and not had gaven it a second thought. Denise spoke with the prior orthodontist practice and got it all taken care of for us. I am extremely grateful for her going above and beyond. Thank you again Denise & to the rest of the staff, they were all very professional and very nice. "We’ve had multiple problems with them, avoidance of our concerns, ignoring or neglecting to listen to or understand my wife which resulted in a constant dismissive attitude toward our situation. The invisiline that they sold us cracked in less than a week, when brought to their attention, the father in the practice said that it was normal and usually cuts the cracked parts off! The retainer is supposed to last indefinitely and ‘retain’ her teeth formation! They are supposed to last a very long time and be durable, they are very expensive! They never told us this was something to expect and caused us much distress, we spent a fortune with them and they did not provide equivalent service. Please try going somewhere else, they will smile in your face and turn you away with any problem you have."
