"I go here every year and buy work boots this time of the year. I went there Sunday morning to get some boots. They were a little over 60.00. Long story short I was there for over 20 mins. I walked the store no one ever said can u help you with anything. I went to pay for the boots and I asked the lady does anyone work here because no one helped me with anything. She replied “yeah that guy right there is the owner”. He should be a little more people friendly. Second of all I have been buying boots my whole life and never have I ever received such poor quality boots. I’m not one to complain but these boot didn’t even last a week. It’s Thursday I’m halfway thru my workday and I have to stop working because these boots failed me. Falling apart all cracked up. I couldn’t even get 40 hours out these boots. Didn’t even get 30 hours out of them. All I’m doing is walking in the boots and they are just falling apart. Now I have to leave work and go buy another pair to wear tomorrow. I feel cheated and disrespected. Everyone keeps saying shop and support your local small business. We have been supporting mikes better shoes for the past 8 years. I can’t remember the last time I felt this let down."
