"Diagnosed my car incorrectly, said it was somerhing i did and not covered under warranty. Wanted $9000 and 4 days of my vacation to fix it. Offered $18,000 for my Ascent when it is worth $30,000. Took my car home to my dealership, was covered under warranty. People were unreasonable And not truthful. I dont like being taken advantage of. They tried to scare me and say if i drove my car it would catch on fire. Stress i didnt need, plus lost 4 days of my vacation!"

"Very happy with our service! I know with Covid things are backed up but they had all the parts and put us ahead of other cars! What we thought was going to be 4to 6 weeks turned out to be 2 weeks!! Everyone was very pleasant with us!"
"This dealership wasted my time for over an hour. I had a pre approval through capital one and wanted to see certain vehicles. The salesperson showed me over a computer what they had. Every vehicle I chose to see and test drive was either sold or he went on a wild goose chase looking for the car. I sat there waiting and waiting for over an hour to see a car. Never did get to see or test drive any car. I finally got up and left. Apparently they didn’t want to sell a car that day"
