"My family has been going here for YEARS! Ordered my usual Chicken Salad, which I absolutely “loved”… They changed their fries, fries I could buy from the frozen section… They changed their Italian Dressing (which was absolutely amazing-my favorite) to a cheap, gross dressing! My sons sub barley had meat on it! && The employee taking the phone order was extremely rude! Unfortunately, they have lost another good customer! Also our order was $25!!! For TWO items! Outrageous! Why fix what wasn’t broken!"

"Very unhappy with the quality of customer service and food as of lately. The person taking to go orders is extremely rude. When we arrived to pick up our food, every single item was made incorrectly or something was forgotten. Toppings on the sandwich were wrong, We had asked for fried cheese with sauce on the side, the sauce was already on them, they remade them and burnt them and just threw them into their boxes absolutely covered in grease. We also didn’t receive any dip with either order of hot chips like we normally do. Everything was sloppily thrown into the bag. And everything was covered in grease. The overall quality of everything we ordered was poor. Not normally one to complain but this has been an issue the last several times we have ordered food from this particular sandwich factory where things have been made incorrectly and staff have been rude about it. We used to love this place but this will be the last time we order food from them. You are better off to go to the one in Poland Ohio where the staff are pleasant and they get your order right every single time."

"I have never been so annoyed as I am tonight! My daughter drove 21 minutes to get 2 orders of burned shrimp and a tiny salad not prepared the way we asked where are the fries? We paid $43 for terrible food! We will never patronize this business again! Thank you my son and I will not be eating dinner tonight!"

"Heard mixed reviews, so checked it out myself, and glad I did! The bread was fresh and soft, with flavorful and fresh ingredients. The wings were crispy without being crunchy and the wing sauce was great; not pictured, the surprise garlic toast that comes with them. The kids also devoured their mini-meatball subs, with the oldest proclaiming it was “one of a kind”. The interior of the restaurant itself is pretty old and service seemed fairly uncoordinated, but everything I saw food wise looked delicious."
