"Merchant is a 'rip-off' artist. 2 separate occasions, I took 2 machines to him, left a deposit ea time and NEVER rec'd my equipment because the first time he created a hole in a hose, then sold me another machine. The 2nd time, he had to correct the repair and ended up selling my carpet cleaner. 1st offense, shame on him; 2nd, shame on me. BEWARE! COVID has created MONSTERS!!!"
