"Me and my family stopped at this Dunkin Donuts for breakfast, kids ordered bacon egg and cheese wraps and sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. There was no eggs, I ordered a Bagel Twist warm, by the time I got to the window to pick it up I asked the girl for napkins, she looked at me with an attitude and like I was from another planet. Took off to realize that the cheese was taken out of the wrapper and put on the wraps, not melted or warmed. The Bagel Twist was frozen, and no sugar on the coffee, and the coffee tasted burnt. Worst service ever. Do not go!"
"One of the most consistent Dunkin locations in both drink and food preparation I’ve found. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience and I’ve been going multiple times per week for a year 1/2 now. staff is always super helpful and nice. they never give me any issues with modifications or special requests. they always get my food and drink out super fast even through rush-hour in the drive-thru. I have nothing but good things to say."
"Normally have no issues here. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Service is quick. Great for my morning commute. But several times the staff had handed me the wrong order (I usually other from the app). I've wasted money and points. By the time I realize, I'm too far down 23 to bother making several u-turns to get it fixed. Please just look in the bag before handing off anything. I can't tell what's wrapped in there to know if it's right."
