"TAKES FOREVER!!!!!!!! I had to wait 30 MINUTES FOR A MOBILE ORDER!!!!!!! there was 3 employees at the counter to add onto that and no customers were even in the store!!!! I’m very i pleased with the service here and this isn’t the first time it has happened either. if your planning on doing a mobile order you should order at least 40 minutes upon arrival."
"I ordered a Venti Blonde Roast, black. Granted, I am not a barista and never have been, but I believe there is no reason to pour coffee to the brim of the cup. I understand we want the most product for the money we spend, but this isn’t safe. The two pictures included are from two separate occasions, and after I spilled them on myself."
