"Reliable replaced a Compressor for my Air Conditioning system on my 2008 Honda Pilot for thousands and thousands less than I was quoted because, after turning to Randy for an alternative solution (due to the age and mileage on the car) Randy took the time to search for a good used part . I am so grateful; after two years without air conditioning it works perfectly! My big story is I requested the higher-level detailing on my well-used family vehicle (kids in sports, cleats, mud, skis, food, hairy yellow dog, rain in open windows) with scratches from careless driving that hasn’t been cleaned in YEARS. Basically I asked Reliable to PERFORM A MIRACLE. I pity the employee(s) who were assigned the job!! They must have worked hours. Now family and friends look inside the car and do a double take. My Pilot is gleaming inside and out, from the paint to the wheels to the wet carpets to the seats to the sticky dashboards and cubby holes to the moldy headrests. I gave Randy an extra thanks and in his quiet way he said “You’re welcome, they worked hard.” Yes they must have!! I would not trust anyone else with my vehicle repairs and we have had (way too many) over the years. Congratulations to Randy and his team for your consistent high level of quality work and customer service."

"Very difficult to deal with. I don’t typically leave reviews but after a month of frustration I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. I picked up my vehicle July 11, 2023 and was very happy with their work although it wasn’t an easy experience with them and my insurance company. I had to get the police report since neither of them remembered to do it. Reliable couldn’t seem to communicate with my insurance company. They had me calling the adjuster on numerous occasions since they messed up and didn’t file the correct paperwork to be paid directly. Instead I had to pay out of pocket, at pickup, and my insurance company had to wire me the money. A month later reliable started calling demanding an additional fee of $528 with no explanation except it’s a “supplemental insurance” fee. My insurance company and a lawyer has advised me that they need to provide a detailed bill showing the breakdown of the additional work done. I’ve spoken to two people, at reliable, who have taken messages about getting me a detailed bill but nothing has been provided. They keep leaving voicemails, texts, and now a letter that just demands the funds with no explanation of any additional work done. Beware of this company and their incompetence of dealing with your insurance. If in fact this additional work was done it should have been provided in the bill and warranty agreement at pickup. Or at the very least they should be providing that adjusted bill now instead of just demanding funds."
