"Why is a rogue town clerk associate -- a Joanne Amitrano -- who administers HOA liens peddling corrupt sign-offs and stamping liens on behalf of thugging groups like Pine Ridge Estates HOA out of a coventry, ri? These are egregiously crooked lien stamps on the favored behalf of HOA initiates including "Pres./VP/Directors" who vandalize properties in retaliation against home-owners, drive around with toddlers in the driver's seats high on narcotics, commit night-time invasion of resident mailboxes, and just as nasty, black-ball un-intiates, colored folks, religious "others." Upon calling and inquiring about this crude method of "lien-ing" residents at free will, a town hall associate expressly stated that all that this lien-stamping associate does is: "She doesn't look into any docs but just does a stamp off. That's all she does and that's all it takes, ha ha ha!!! Doesn't care what behavior an HOA is committing against others or if they're violating their own rules. Just stamps an HOA lien and that's it!!! Ha ha!!!" This would seem to be a calling for quite serious trouble anywhere else outside this coventry, rhode island operation. Know that innocent victims have been irrecoverably injured and scarred Miss Amitrano and favored cronies."
