"I bought a thrusmaster t128 steering wheel for xbox right before Xmas. It was working fine and all of the sudden the force feed back steering started binding and making a ton of noise. I went back to best buy to return the wheel and was told that I was one day past the return date for Xmas. They would not take it back. Last time I will ever go to best buy. I have bought tvs game systems and other house hold appliances from there and they would not help with this issue. Thanks for taking my money I will not be back. No surprise their parking lot is always empty only a matter of time before they go out of business."

"Was sold an iPhone 15 Pro Max case that absolutely didn't fit my iPhone (Insignia brand case). Due to my circumstances I wasn't able to return it within the 30 day window, and was denied a refund... But the representative should have never sold it to me to begin with. Double check before making any purchases here."
