"I used to enjoy this location but it went downhill in the past half year, customer service is unfriendly and often hostile, not just toward me but in general, it takes a way the joy of the Starbucks experience, the drinks are of bad quality, I found sharp pieces of coffee beans in my drink couple of times and the quality in general is not as it used to be. In m last visit two wks ago the cappuccino was not even drinkable, I threw it away and promised myself not to give it another chance. Hope they will close down and free out the space for a good coffee place. We deserve better!"
"Never had a bad experience with this Starbucks until today. Blown away on how awful the customer service is here now. Rude experience from two of the workers. I scanned my birthday reward and one of the girls gave me sass when I asked if it worked. I asked if the other girl could mix my drink and she rolled her eyes. Just a simple request that I asked in a nice way. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on the customer. #wemisschris"

"Good location for Starbucks, staff are nice and go out of their way to say hello or remember your name. Mobile orders are always made correctly and are ready upon my arrival. This location is always busy in the mornings during the week and all the time on weekends."
