"This has to be by far the worst Dunkin in Broome county as a Dasher I've been here three times first time they didn't have what was ordered smh second time no ice and to busy talking about STDs instead of helping customers today no ice completely ignoring customers then get pissy when they are asked to do something this store and it's employees are ridiculous rude and very unprofessional and obviously management doesn't care so word of advice don't go here"
"If o could give this Dunkin 0 stars, I would! This is by far the WORST Dunkin in Broome County. The customer service is horrible, they NEVER get their orders right and you wait FOREVER to get it! I just ordered 2 everything bagels with extra cream cheese, paid $10, waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my order which they handed out to someone else in the store and then had to wait another 10 minutes just to end up with 2 bagels with nothing on them. Save your money, this place is a waste of time!"
