"I was in before 9 on a Saturday. It got busier after that. The counter staff member very nice. I had the bacon, egg, chow chow, and pimento cheese biscuit. I would recommend it. Stong coffee. Bright vintage decor. Counter service. I will be back for the biscuit and gravy."
"The BEST gluten-free biscuits!!!! I love the BYO sandwich. On a gf biscuit: hard fried egg, cheddar, bacon. The bacon is always so crispy and crunchy. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I love the easy counter service here, check out the menu if you have to wait in line, it never takes too long! And worth it!"
"Food was decent. Biscuits & sausage gravy with the greens was very tasty. The grits were different and didn't have alot of taste. Atmosphere is very cozy yet bright and modern. Street parking can be hard right outside the business but there's plenty of street parking nearby. Cafe only provides drip coffee (for now) from De Fer coffee brand which is one of my least favorite Pittsburgh coffee brands. But coffee was decent and went well with the food. Service overall was very good and staff were happy and engaged."
"Wise County Biscuits is a must-visit for biscuit lovers! The Fried Chicken Biscuit, Buttermilk Biscuit with jam, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites, and Apple Fritters all received a unanimous 5/5 rating from our group. The biscuits are simply the best we've ever had. The strong cup of black coffee complements the delicious menu perfectly. Friendly staff with a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!"
"We finally got to try Wise County Cafe after impatiently waiting for its opening. It did not disappoint. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Great service in a cute place. Loved all the nice touches on the wall to give it a homey feel. You wait in line to order and they bring the food to your table. We went at 10am on Sat. There were only a few people in life and at tables. My husband and I waited in line and my mom got us a table. There are also seats at the counter and a little waiting g area. Now to the food. My husband had his usual bacon and egg biscuit that is consistently delicious. He got grits either them but felt they were a bit dense. My mom and I really enjoyed the crispy crunchy side of potatoes and fried chicken biscuit. The biscuits are always great especially with honey. Definitely come check them out. They consistently provide amazing food and friendly service."
