"This place is going down hill quick. Dirty. Filthy bathroom. Nasty dirty coffee spouts. The rudest cashier I have ever met. Terrible employees. The cashier doesn't even know how to do her job she doesn't want to work she's there to collect"

"This place is never clean. There's always a STRONG urine smell in the (men's) restroom. The restroom floors are always wet and they're missing several bulbs in the light fixtures, making the men's room a slip/fall hazard. In addition, there is an older woman is just the most unpleasant, argumentative person working the registers. She's not the person you want as a public face to your store. The rest of the staff seems competent, but Indifferent. Rarely a smile too be seen. This is clearly a failure of the management staff to produce a safe environment for patrons as well as a positive crew culture. I stop here only out of necessity. I'd choose Sheetz if there was one close by - and I PREFER Get Go!"

"I come here every single day, I have used PayPal show to pay (cause card is lost) I have done it inside and at the kiosk before , today no one seems to know how to do it, the ladies inside tried multiple times and couldn’t figure it out so they called thier “manager” Karen who tells them they don’t take it….so instead of figuring it out Karen just makes up an answer cause it easier…it’s freaking show to pay like any other way, I’m telling everyone we have done it before multiple times but keep getting the answer no one has ever used it. Every day I mean every day I stop ther. No more Just drove all way up to Robinson get go and the cashier thier did it no problem, I had her turn the screen to show me so I can teach Karen how to do it at her own store next time if I ever decide to go there again"

"Dear GetGo café and market I just wanted to thank you for the excellent salad I had last night. I was extra happy that I was able to get guacamole, crispy fried onions, and tater tots on my salad. The order was created quickly and accurately. I also like that you were conveniently located just before the ramp to the parkway. This makes it easy to grab a snack for the road. I’ll definitely be coming back for more great salads next time I’m in Carnegie. Thanks for the delicious meal and I’ll see you next time!"

"I used to have no complaints until today. Your staff needs to take a swiffer to the self check out and a Clorox rag to the money machine. So dusty and sticky. Eh. Coffee creamer section is always a spilled sticky mess."
