Seemed like we were bothering associate, and was told he couldn't install a battery in the rain.(very light drizzle) We went to Advance on Ohio River Blvd, which is our local place, and had a very helpful person who gave us a coupon. Quick installation and great service! Will give 5 star review to that store."

"After pulling and servicing my cylinder head in my Nissan VG33e engine, I “rented” a valve spring compressor and harmonic balancer puller from the Advanced store in nearby Etna. After finishing my work, I attempted to return the tools to this store today since it was conveniently located along my morning commute; however, when I entered the store with my original receipt and member reward card, Howard, the older customer service rep, rudely refused to accept the tools, even after I informed him of Advanced’s policy on tool rental. If you’re not a regular, expect to be treated with indifference and aloofness at this store."
